Equila Travel operates a technology platform that connects customers with approved independent driver or fleet partners and may also facilitate hotel and package requests. A booking is confirmed only when the platform displays a confirmed status or sends confirmation.
Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, passenger and contact details; comply with lawful seating and baggage limits; and avoid unlawful, unsafe or abusive conduct. A displayed fare is only an estimate unless the booking record is marked confirmed; supplier inventory is not represented as live until an authorised provider API is connected.
Drivers remain responsible for lawful transport operations, valid documents, vehicle condition and safe service. Equila may suspend accounts, cancel assignments or withhold activation where verification fails or safety concerns arise.
